Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VALINITY ("VALINITY," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you access or use our website at valinity.io and any related interfaces, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who We Are
VALINITY operates a decentralized finance (DeFi) interface that allows users to interact with public blockchain networks and third-party smart contracts. We are a non-custodial platform: we do not hold, control, or have access to your funds, private keys, or wallet credentials at any time.
2. Information We Collect
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the Services, we may process the following:
- Public wallet data. Your public blockchain address and on-chain transactions, which are publicly available on the relevant blockchain and not created by us.
- Usage & device data. Information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events, collected automatically to operate and improve the Services.
- Cookies & similar technologies. Small files and identifiers used to remember preferences, maintain sessions, and gather analytics (see Section 6).
- Communications. Information you provide when you contact us, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
We do not knowingly collect government-issued identifiers, and we do not require you to create an account or submit personal identity documents to use the core interface.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Services;
- To monitor performance, diagnose technical issues, and improve functionality and user experience;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, abuse, and prohibited activity;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.
4. Legal Basis & Non-Custodial Nature
Blockchain transactions are executed by you directly through your self-custodied wallet and are recorded on public, immutable ledgers that we neither control nor can alter or delete. VALINITY cannot reverse, modify, or recover on-chain transactions.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, and infrastructure vendors) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
- Blockchain networks, where transaction data is inherently public;
- Legal and safety recipients, where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users and third parties.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the interface functional and to understand how the Services are used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some features may not function properly without them.
7. Data Retention
We retain non-blockchain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Public blockchain data persists on the relevant network independently of us.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The Services may reference or integrate third-party websites, wallets, protocols, and tools — including charting and market-data providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
11. International Users
VALINITY is accessible globally. By using the Services, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than those of your country of residence.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Please note we cannot alter data recorded on public blockchains.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
14. Contact Us
